Henry VIII had six wives, remembered in sequence as follows:
Divorced, Beheaded, Died. Divorced, Beheaded, Survived.
This is Catherine Parr, Henry's sixth and final wife. Although Henry was plotting her removal, fortunately for her he died before he could execute the plan (and her).
So she survived marriage to Henry, and lived on as his widow.
